1.2 By making a payment, the student agrees to abide by these terms.
1.3 The college reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2.1 Students can make payments via:
- Online payment (Net banking, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, etc.)
- Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS)
- Demand Draft or Cheque (subject to clearance)
- Cash payment at the college office (if applicable)
2.2 CMS College of Engineering is not responsible for transaction failures due to banking issues.
3.1 The fee structure is determined by CMS College of Engineering and is subject to revision.
3.2 Students must pay their fees before the due date to avoid penalties.
3.3 Late fees will be applicable as per the college policy.
4.1 A payment receipt will be issued upon successful transaction.
4.2 Students must retain the receipt as proof of payment.
5.1 Fees paid are *non-refundable* except in specific cases:
- Duplicate payments
- Excess payment
- Admission withdrawal before the deadline (subject to deduction of processing fees)
5.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing along with valid proof.
5.3 Approved refunds will be processed within *10-15 working days*.
6.1 If fees are not paid by the due date, the following penalties apply:
- Late fee charges as per the college policy.
- Suspension of academic privileges (exam hall tickets, results, etc.) until payment is cleared.
- Cancellation of admission in case of non-payment for an extended period.
7.1 CMS College of Engineering uses secure payment gateways to process transactions.
7.2 The college is *not responsible* for fraudulent transactions made using a student’s credentials.
7.3 Students are advised to ensure their devices and internet connections are secure while making online payments.
8.1 Any disputes regarding fee payments must be reported within *7 days* of the transaction.
8.2 The decision of CMS College of Engineering on fee-related disputes will be final.
